            Thank you for your interest in St. Vincent Hospital's Radiology Residence Program.  The following are answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding our program.  Pre-matched positions are not offered.  Please note that all positions for 2005 and 2006 are filled at this time.  Only applications through ERAS will be accepted.  We will be participating in the NRMP Residency Match for two positions in 2007.  For department and program information see our website at

  1. What is the start and deadline dates for application to our program?

                       

            September 1 through December 1

 

  1. How many Letters of Recommendation are required to be submitted with the application?

 

A minimum of three letters are required.  One from a radiologist is helpful but not necessary.

 

  1. What are the cutoff scores for USMLE?

 

We do not have a minimum score requirement. All completed ERAS applications with non-fail scores will be reviewed.

 

  1. What is the length of the program?

 

The Diagnostic Residency Program is four years (PGY-2 through PGY-5).  An ACGME accredited PGY-1 is required.  There is a preliminary medicine program here at
